What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to tell us: company, enquiry type, project details, budget and timeline.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss working together. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, or steps taken at your request before entering a contract. We never sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Storage and retention
Enquiries are stored securely with our hosting provider and are only accessible to the First Name Basis team. We keep enquiries for up to two years, unless we go on to work together.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it. Email us and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
