Work across the editorial and promotional side of a festival attended by 20,000+, and support its sponsors on site.
The challenge
Give the festival a story rather than a schedule, and make sponsors' spend put the right faces on site.

Lead with artist stories, and build guest lists with the sponsors so their presence reached influential people and creators.

Two sponsor activations supported on site, with content the sponsors could use and coverage that outlived the weekend.
